Mobile devices have become available everywhere recently, especially for individuals who constantly use their smartphones while visiting different places. Providing important categories of assistance and data that are tailored to a particular subject area or climate can make customer interactions smoother, more individualized, and more agreeable. This study proposes a thoughtful area structure plan to recognize the conditions and status of mobile computing which relates to individual mobile customers by giving them nearby useful individual administrations, data and suggestions based on their work area and profiles while tracking their area and movement. The simulation results are supposed to show that the proposed architecture is reliable and might be analyzed and handled efficiently in different real-world conditions..
