چكيده
The subject of this project is residential layout with regard to its costs in short-term, medium-term and long-term.
An affordable housing with the minimum cost yet with the affordable living quality so that not only provides for all the family members including father, mother and children but also is a place to nurture an effective person for society. In this project the aim is to study the affordable housing not only with a sight to economical benefits in short-term but with a quality- based approach followed with economical profitability in long-term and also it offers appropriate solutions to create a convenient and comprehensible space for the low income class considering their social and economical condition
