Abstract
Electronic tourism is one of the important fields in the tourism industry, becoming more versatile every day. Electronic tourism is composed of the two words tourism and electronic, each of which in turn has its own particular status and connotation, which should be differentiated in practice. In this thesis, tourism has been addressed first, followed by its electronic concepts.
The purpose expected from this research is identification and ranking based on the logical relationship of digital technologies including the digital imaging technology, physical carriers, social networks, online media, and the panorama technology. Prioritization of saving time, comprehensible use, easy access, better and more information, satisfaction from use of the technologies, and saving money are considered here, where all these criteria finally cause a useful perspective of the tourism industry to be drawn.
The available methods should be performed based on specific classification of each of the above concepts, so that the audience can use the research easily and quickly. In this research, as necessitated and suggested by the methodology, the statistical information has been analyzed. This includes two major parts: description and analysis of the data. Furthermore, in the data description section, the research variables have been described in the form of distribution of frequency and descriptive statistics. Moreover, in the data analysis section, the research questions have been investigated for the purpose of ranking digital technologies in the tourism industry based on use of the two methods AHP and TOPSIS.
Finally, in this research, the researcher combined the available technologies to use the weaknesses of the technologies as a guideline, and all the weaknesses and strengths were identified and ranked.
