ارزيابي شاخص‌هاي توسعه پايدار در پروژه‌هاي ساخت با رويكرد مديريت كيفيت

چكيده توسعه پايدار، سازگاري ميان اهداف محيطي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي است كه ارزش مشترك اجتماعي را براي نسل حاضر و نسل‌هاي آينده بدون اجحاف در محدوديت‌هاي قابل قبول اثر محيطي امكان‌پذير مي‌سازد. انتخاب و تعيين شاخص‌ها در امر توسعه و توسعه‌نيافتگي و اين‌كه آيا وضعيت توسعه‌يافتگي، پايداري را نشان مي‌دهد يا ناپايداري را، يكي از مراحل اساسي در امر برنامه‌ريزي و ارزيابي توسعه پايدار است. شاخص‌هاي مختلف توسعه پايدار از يك سو، وسيله‌اي براي سنجش درجه توسعه‌يافتگي و از سوي ديگر، معياري جهت سنجش ميزان موفقيت و ناكامي برنامه‌هاي توسعه به شمار مي روند. با توجه به اهميت مديريت كيفيت در پروژه هاي عمراني، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي شاخص‌هاي توسعه پايدار با رويكرد مديريت كيفيت در پروژه‌هاي ساخت تدوين شده است. براي اين منظور شاخص‌هاي توسعه در سه دسته شاخص‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيست محيطي طبق نظر خبرگان و مطالعه پژوهش‌هاي پيشين در اين زمينه استخراج گرديد. سپس پرسشنامه بر اساس اين شاخص‌ها تدوين و در بين جامعه آماري توزيع و تكميل گرديد. در اين پژوهش براي تجزيه و تحليل و بررسي فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شده است و در ادامه مدل ساختاري مربوط به شاخص‌ها بررسي و تاييد گرديده است. واژه‌هاي كليدي: توسعه پايدار، شاخص اجتماعي، شاخص اقتصادي، شاخص زيست محيطي، مديريت كيفيت.

Abstract: Sustainable development, the consistency between the objectives of environmental, economic an​d social community that shared value for the present generation an​d future generations without extortion in the limits of acceptable environmental impact possible. Choose an​d define criteria in the development an​d underdevelopment an​d whether development position, stable o​r unstable shows, an essential step in the planning an​d eva​luation of sustainable development. Various indicators of sustainable development on the one hand, a means to measure the degree of development an​d on the other hand, a criterion to measure the success o​r failure of development plans are. Given the importance of quality management in construction projects, the study aimed to eva​luate the indicators of sustainable development in construction project quality management approach has been developed. For this purpose development indicators in three categories: indicators of economic, social an​d environmental experts an​d study, according to previous research in this area was extracted. The questionnaire was developed based on this index were collected an​d distributed among the population. In this study, to analyze an​d eva​luate the hypothesis of the research is used descriptive an​d inferential statistics And then the structural model has been eva​luated an​d approved.
