So, the identification and prioritization of motivational needs and cosequently, finding customized solutions to fulfill and satisfy those needs is of great importance. In this thesis, this issue is addressed by examining and selecting these three models: Herzberg motivation theory, Alderfer ERG model and McClelland three needs theory as base reference models. So the motivation questionnaire prepared in this thesis consisting of 56 questions following 13 factors and then examined between Pars Garma Industries Organization personnel. The results of prioritization done by Friedman test showed that the most important factor is "To Have a Positive Role in the Organization". Finally, a motivational system including customized approaches to fulfill the most important questions (42 of 56) drew and prepared based on the experts' opinions. It is to say that our research innovation is that we have used these three models (Herzberg, ERG and Three Needs) altogether for the first time to make a customized and comprehensive model for assessing the influencing factors on employee motivation. So, the motivation model and the system is considered for the first time in Pars Garma Industries Organization.
