Abstract:
Reliability is essence, substance and coupled member of product develop and design process. Design experiences shows that reliability efforts must focus on trait and design parameters that may lead fail and decay of their mission. Role of reliability engineering in develop and design process is to carry out defects and product fail causes, their mechanism and develop technique to control fail and data feedback to engineer who is in charge of design, produce and Schematization. This project firstly deal with reliability models, assessment index, sorting them and introduce usage district. Then at the same time explain subject about product design process and its effective Ingredients; customer need, quality, reduce product cost, Environmental effects, materials recycling, safety and human factors and also reliability and product design lessons correlation DFX techniques. Research method consist five steps: first; identify product parts and sub system parts-second; introduce physical arrange of parts and operate reliability system block diagrams- third; formulization (goal function adjust, limitation and determination factors)-forth; reliability optimization with ultra-initiative method (simulated Annealing) - fifth; final optimum issue. assessment and at last with tend to paper subject case study of the vehicle sub group real product (truck chassis) survey and perform research method for optimization this product parts joints reliability and model and results evaluated.
