Abstract
Increasing productivity has always been one of the concerns of the pillars of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The aim of This study was examine characteristics of university culture and educational system and its relationship with human resource efficiency. In terms of the relationship between research variables, this study was descriptive correlational applications. The study population included all employees of the University of Science and Technology that simple random sampling was used to select employees. For collecting data the Denison and Hersy and Goldsmith Questionnaire and bivariate and multivariate analysis inferential was used. The result showed that the same level of utility rate increases labor productivity and lack of adequate conditions will be favorable labor productivity. To extent organization's mission and its influencing factors such as having a purpose in terms of long-term, there is a clear strategy for the future of the organization, identify the strategic direction of the organization for staff, the organization's goals realistic, appropriate and desirable, the same level of utility rate increases labor productivity and labor productivity inappropriate inappropriateness of these conditions.
