طراحي شهري خيابان با تاكيد بر ريخت و منظر (نمونه موردكاوي : خيابان امام خميني شهر گرگان)

چكيده خيابان نه تنها به عنوان يك شريان ارتباطي، بلكه به عنوان يكي از عناصر اصلي ساخت فضاهاي شهري و به واسطه نقشي كه در ارتباطات كالبدي، فضايي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي شهر ايفا مي‌كند، اهميت مي‌يابد . در دوره معاصر ايران، خيابان‌ها، فاقد يك دكترين منظرين و هويتي هستند و رويكردهاي ساماندهي خيابان در اين دوره، تزييني و جزء نگر است.در اين بين خيابان تنها جداره آن نيست كه بتواند مستقل از فضا بررسي شود.امروزه يكي از مهمترين معظلات طراحي شهري اغتشاشات بصري در منظر عمومي خيابان هاست. انواع ساخت و سازهاي حاشيه كه بدون توجه به زمينه و كاملا خود محور و انتفاعي شكل مي‌گيرند و انواع الحاقات به اين بدنه‌ها، آخرين گام را به سوي انهدام چهره شهري برداشته است و چهره عمومي شهرهاي مان را بي‌تناسب، آشفته بدل كرده است. در اين پژوهش براي تهيه الگوي مناسب طراحي ابتدا گذري بر مفهوم طراحي شهري ، خيابان ، منظر و ريخت پرداخته و در همين راستا پس از جمع آوري اطالاعات با شيوه هاي توصيفي – تحليلي و تطبيقي به درك روابط بين داده ها و استنتاج منطقي اذعان مي شود . خيابان امام خميني شهر گرگان جزء اولين خيابان‌هاي شهر مي‌باشد كه در بافت تاريخي شهر واقع شده است و از عناصر اصلي ساختار شهر محسوب مي‌شود و با نابساماني‌هايي در حوزه‌هاي مختلف مواجه است . انتظار مي رود طراحي اين محور با رويكردهاي ريختي و منظري خيابان به انسجام سيماي كلي خيابان منجر شود و در نتيجه ي آن موجب حفظ هويت تاريخي – اجتماعي خيابان شود . كلمات كليدي : خيابان ، منظر ، هويت

Abstract : Street is important not only as communication artery but also as one of main factors of urban spaces an​d due to a role which it plays in physical, spatial, social an​d cultural communications of city. In contemporary era of Iran, streets are lack of landscape an​d identity doctrine an​d organizational approaches of street in this era is decorative an​d prospective. Here the street is not its only wall which can be investigated independent of space. Nowadays one of the most important dilemmas of urban design is visual disturbances in public perspective of street. Types of marginal construction which are shaped without attention to background an​d its attachment completely self-centered an​d profit an​d types of attachments to these body puts away urban face as last step an​d also public face of our city is disturbed. In this study for preparing suitable pattern of design, at first we investigate the urban designs, street, form an​d landscape an​d in this regard, after data collection with descriptive-analytical an​d comparative methods, we consider data relations an​d logical reasoning. Imam Khomeini street of Gorgan City is among the first parks of city which is located in historical context an​d it is considered as main factors of city structure in different areas. I hope design of this path with decorative an​d prospective approaches resulted in coherence of the overall landscape an​d at last it causes keeping historical-social identity of street.
