Abstract:
In recent years, with increasing economic competition and organizations' intention to acquire competitive advantage, talent management has got an outstanding importance. With regard to the kind of activity and the environment in which organizations are involved, different talent management strategies are used by organizations. Many organizations, yet, are encountered with challenges of attraction, employment, development and retention of talents, so in order to overcome these rigors, having an exact and comprehensive understanding of employment relationship of talents and their psychological contract is inevitable. Meeting explicit and implicit expectations of these key employees and fulfilling their psychological contract can lead to positive attitudinal and behavioral outcomes of employees and the enhanced performance of organization ultimately. This study, by examining the effects of talent management strategies on the PC of talents, articulates the role and the importance of talent management in fulfilling PC of talents. Questionnaire, interviewing and the knowledge of organizational and academic experts have been applied to develop the model of this research. Finally, the results show that there are meaningful relationships between four talent strategies and 10 elements of psychological contract of talents and each of these four strategies have more effects on some elements specifically .
