Abstract :
One of the biggest and important goals for all personal of a project is success which could make unification between the project team. Due to dynamic nature and changeability in construction industry, assessment the factors of success and failure of a project in the different levels of construction is so vital. In this study, success of projects has been researched in two aspects. In first aspect, main and general factors of project success in previous research have been identified and compared between two companies which are working in hospital construction industry. In second aspect, the critical factors of project success in hospital project have been studied, in case of the statistics of Khaneh Sazi Iran project and construction management company (KSI) personals. By interview with KSI personals 5 main and 25 subsidiary factors of project success have been achieved. A questionnaire has been filled by KSI personals and then the questionnaire has been assessed, finance factor always was the first factor after that the results have been compared with the same study of petrochemical company and some solutions for future have been achieved. The results have been illustrated that the main factor is finance factor. So utilizing of foreign finance sources is suggested. At the end, due to weak points in compare with other companies, reduction of bureaucracy and diversity in utilizing of subsidiary companies is suggested.
