Abstract:
In emergency situation, quick relief minimizes casualties in post-earthquake effectively. Due to restriction of time and resources, decision makers should make the optimal decisions. The goal of integrated location routing multi-commodity simultaneously provides network of emergency routes with the minimum length possible to cover between affected areas and relief centers, at the same time it determines new sites for some relief centers. They accelerate relief processes. Features of this model include robust optimization, multi-objective, multi-period and multimode. The objectives include minimizing un-served injured people, unsatisfied demand commodity and costs. According to the multi-objective model and emphasis on restriction of time and resources, fuzzy goal programming is proposed to solve model.
