Abstract
Urban spaces is valuable part of our cultural capital and at the same time citizens are gathering memories. Spatial and semantic features of these spaces that have been created over the years, as a nexus of memories and citizen. Some city streets in the city centers play an important role in the social, physical, economic and so on are, but because of some social, economic and other factors affecting their physical and functional has abnormality and not play its role properly. Street Beheshti of Karaj which is one of the most important streets of the city forms the city structure and other main streets of Karaj , over time, in line perpendicular to or intersecting with it, to the depths of urban context in the north and south of city structure are drawn.In the past, this axis will have a communication function and the role of the point of confluence of the way Tehran, Qazvin and Chalus of communication and the passing of time and with the expansion of the city, this role has been pale and with a change in the type of used and operation of used has been added services use.Also pay attention to the new and existing functional and failure to provide appropriate rules causing visual disturbances saw a lot of the street that leads to good image of city people have destroyed and the urban landscape threats.in this study, a study on the urban landscape how to achieve utility in this regard. For this purpose, on the one hand to explain the concept of the urban landscape represents, norms and measures that have been investigated. on the other hand, the concept of street and Notes as it, was tried to be expressed optimal quality characteristics about the streets. In this context, results reviewed and exploration, and the same sample of internally and externally has been investigated. And using the conceptual model and as well as the common norms of the urban landscape desirable urban street and after knowing the study area, is designed to provide suggestions for improving the Beheshti street. Finally, to show how to implement the design guidelines proposed, parts of the street offered in the form of three-dimensional.
