چكيده فضاهاي شهري بخش گران بهايي از سرمايه هاي فرهنگي ما هستند و در عين حال محل تجمع خاطره هاي شهروندان به شمار مي آيند. ويژگي هاي فضايي و معنايي اين فضاها كه در طول سال ها شكل گرفته اند، به عنوان نقطه پيوند شهروند با خاطراتش و يا به عبارتي با هستي شهروند به شمار مي روند. برخي خيابان هاي شهري در اين مراكز نقش مهمي را در ساختار شهري به لحاظ اجتماعي، كالبدي، اقتصادي و ... بر عهده دارند ولي بواسطه برخي روندهاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و ساير عوامل اثر گذار بر آنها دچار ناهنجاري هايي در كالبد و عملكرد شده اند و نقش خود را به درستي ايفا نمي كنند. خيابان بهشتي كرج كه از جمله مهم ترين خيابان هاي اين شهر مي باشد ستون فقرات اين شهر را شكل مي دهد. اين محور در گذشته كاركرد ارتباطي داشته و نقش نقطه تلاقي راه هاي ارتباطي تهران، قزوين و چالوس را داشته كه با گذر زمان و گسترش شهر، اين نقش كم رنگ شده و با تغيير در نوع كاربري ها و فعاليت ها به كاركرد خدماتي آن افزوده شده است. همچنين بي توجهي به كالبد موجود و جديد و عدم ارائه ضوابط مناسب باعث شده تا شاهد اغتشاشات بصري زيادي در اين خيابان باشيم كه موجب شده تصوير ذهني مطلوب شهروندان از بين رفته و منظر شهري با تهديدهايي روبرو باشد. در واقع پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه اي پيرامون مفهوم منظر شهري و چگونگي دستيابي به مطلوبيت در اين رابطه مي باشد. به اين منظور از يك طرف به تبيين مفهوم منظر شهري، نمايانگرها، هنجارها و سنجه هاي آن پرداخته شده است و از سوي ديگر با بررسي مفهوم خيابان و نكات و ويژگي هاي مربوط به آن سعي شده است كيفيت هاي مطلوب در رابطه با خيابان بيان شود. در اين راستا و به منظور تدقيق و استخراج نتايج مطلوب، نمونه هاي مشابه داخلي و خارجي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. و با استفاده از مدل مفهومي پژوهش و همچنين نقاط اشتراك هنجارهاي منظر شهري مطلوب و خيابان شهري مطلوب و پس از شناخت محدوده مورد مطالعه، به ارائه پيشنهادات و طراحي براي بهبود وضعيت خيابان بهشتي پرداخته شده است و در پايان و به منظور نشان دادن چگونگي اجراي راهنماي طراحي ارائه شده، بخش هايي از خيابان در قالب طرح سه بعدي ارائه مي شود. كلمات كليدي: منظر شهري، تصوير ذهني، فضاي شهري، خيابان، خيابان بهشتي كرج

Abstract Urban spaces is valuable part of our cultural capital an​d at the same time citizens are gathering memories. For this purpose, on the one hand to explain the concept of the urban landscape represents, norms an​d measures that have been investigated. on the other hand, the concept of street an​d Notes as it, was tried to be expressed optimal quality characteristics about the streets. In this context, results reviewed an​d exploration, an​d the same sample of internally an​d externally has been investigated.
