Abstract:
Undoubtedly the human is the main purpose of every kind of planning and human health is the necessary condition for development. The healthcare land use is the most vital city land uses that are in direct relation with human health. Hospitals spatial distribution type evaluation and deprived regions realization from this services and providing welfare and health leads to social justice in the city. Many of country cities, due to traditional structure, have unbalanced healthcare land uses. The aim of this research is to strategic planning for hospitals and healthcare serrvices location. This research is practical in type and the research method is quality and quantity. The research technique is based on the data gathering, analysis and evaluation. The method of data gathering is done in the field and none field. The research strategy is also about the case study of OROMIEH city. In this research the active hospitals were analyzed and evaluated.
In this research the main steps were followed, the hospitals present condition assessment, Formulating Strategy and prioritization of strategies by the use of ANP model and presentation of policies and action plans. City hospital locating from the social, economical, Physical, performance and accessibility and transportation were evaluated. The performed analysis showed that hospitals distribution in city lacks of great balance and the hospital annual distribution in city different regions is not similar to the region's population and in some regions the hospital percapita is not provided. More than 75% of city area at the time of transportation traffic and during 10 minutes there is no accessibility to any hospital. According to made researches proceedings as making new hospitals in the city rejoins like 2 and 3 and transferring hospitals like AREFIAN hospital to proper condition and city roads network development … are suggested.
