In today's world, a huge number of activities are carried out by organizations; therefore, human resources as the most valuable organizational resource, has been the center of organizational activity and approaches, since it plays a decisive role in the realization of organizational goals. The effectiveness of this valuable resource in an organization is of particular importance, for organizational effectiveness is contingent upon the effectiveness of human resources. There are several factors that influence the effectiveness of human resources and lack of attention to these factors in the workplace might prevent the necessary effectiveness; therefore, in the industry environment, what is of high interest for many senior managers and employees is identifying the most important factors which influence the effectiveness of the workforce, and understanding the mechanism and the amount of the impact of these factors on effectiveness. The other significant aspect of these factors is the relations between them. In this research, we tried to deal with the most important factors which affect the effectiveness of human resources, using expert opinion and applying AHP techniques. Then, using structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software, a model is provided to explain the mechanism of the effects of these factors on the effectiveness of the Human Resources. The study population is the experts and corporate executives of Saipa Saze Gostar Co. and the research is classified in the field of human resources management.
