Changes in construction projects is one of the factors that are unavoidable. In case of attention to this changes and the proper management of them, we can direct it achieve the project goals and otherwise have a negative impact on the project. Among the negative effects of not moderated changes is low quality, high cost and time. Changes can also be positive if detected early and managed properly, such as use of modern science and technology, valuable engineering and others in construction projects. Building information modeling (BIM), offers significant advantages in coordination of model changes. This system is a revolutionary change in the industry, architecture, engineering, construction accelerated the lack of widespread adoption in our country, can be a cause of insufficient research has been done in this field. Hence, in this research effort is to check the status of contractor companies, the amount of deviation from the initial cost and time they are due to the changes and rework are identified And the re-establishment of the contractor and realized changes and the areas of application of BIM in construction project management, to review the requirements and contexts for the use of contractors to manage changes and rework time and costs and avoid distortions due to be addressed. in this study, the method is applied to the development of building information modeling (BIM) in contracting companies to avoid duplication of management time and cost of construction projects, with an emphasis on health projects, paid and then the method of data collection, descriptive survey research design was chosen the questionnaire was prepared and analyzed with SPSS method to assess the current situation in the country, the results show due to the circumstances justifying the use of BIM suitable for contracting companies to avoid the costs of rework and delay time.
