Data envelopment analysis (DEA) technique is used in many cases to assess the relative efficiency of decision making units (DMUs) with multiple inputs and outputs. The DEA models have types of different that for used a standard DEA model, we need crisp data, but data in the real world is often imprecise. So to solve this problem can be used fuzzy data envelopment analysis models (FDEA).
In this study, the first fuzzy CCR model used to calculate the relative efficiency 27 Iran International airports by input crisp data and output LR fuzzy numbers in years 2015 and 2016. Also, by using the Malmquist productivity index (MPI) is to evaluate productivity changes of the Iran airports. Then the FCCR model and Malmquist index models is solved by α- cut method for different α-levels. Finally the relative efficiency of decision-making units will be fuzzy numbers which are ranked separately. The results of this study indicate that a few of Iran international airports are efficient and most of these airports are inefficient. Among 27 International airports of Iran, four International airports of Imam Khomeini, Mehrabad, Mashhad and Ahvaz, with maximum efficiency score will be known as an efficient Airports and other airports are known as inefficient airport because their efficiency score is lower of one.
