One of the most important reasons for the damage and destruction of reinforced concrete structures near the coast, especially in cold areas is bar corrosion caused by chloride penetration.
Obviously, increasing the durability and longevity of concrete structures necessary to study the influence of chloride ion destructive process and innovation ways to reduce the harm caused by chloride ion corrosion in concrete structure.
Therefore, in this thesis in order to study the durability and reliability of concrete, the effect of temperature on the rate of penetration of chloride ion in concrete by rapid concrete migration test and Long-term chloride penetration test on mixture with water-cement ratio of 0.4, 0.45, and 0.5, and samples containing the water-cement ratio 0.45 containing silica at temperatures were 20 and 30 degrees Celsius was done.
The results showed that with increasing temperature, and the presence of silica dispersion coefficients also increased dramatically decrease the rate of diffusion coefficient at higher temperatures.
