ABSTRACT
In this study, presented a model of the supply chain for perishable products (a non-instantaneous) in the case of some commodities discussed. Chain discussed three levels including several suppliers, Factory, distribution centers and several areas of sales (retailers) are. The purpose of this research is optimal choice of suppliers, selection of potential centers of distribution centers, reduce total costs, including the costs of supply, costs of holding of distribution centers, the cost of transportation from manufacturer to distribution centers, transport costs from the distribution centers to the retailers and optimizing and choice the best programming time according to life-time of products that is provided by two objective minimization function. in Continue we paid to providing this multi commodity model in multi-periodic mode, then use the dairy factories data of town of bisutun (Kermanshah Province) to implement the model and review the analysis of the results obtained from the GAMS software. Numerical analysis indicates the performance of models in the reduction of costs and increased profits the desired wide chain and optimize the time for planning and other supply chains to optimize extensible and efficient and effective.
