Companies active in exports in the country, are facing serious problems; with respect to technical capacities in the field of exports. It seems that these companies have not duly benefitted from the human capital and its relationship with business performance to achieve competitive advantage in target markets. The main objective of this study was to consider the efficacy of social human capital, to improve international performance and gain sustainable competitive advantages.The methodology of this research in terms of purpose is Functional, and the nature of the research is descriptive - survey. The case study in this research is Foolad Technic Internatinal Co. which is involved in engineering, design of costruction works in the field of oil, gas, petroleum, steel & powerplant. This volume equals 400 set. That the correct questionnaire collected volume was set equal to 220. Investigator for the research prototype of a simple random sampling method was used. Reliability and validity of the questionnaire was approved. To analyze data gathered by researchers from software Smart PLS was used. The results show that social capital influence on international performance and sustainable competitive advantage. On the other hand, human capital is also an important factor affecting the performance of international and sustainable competitive advantage. The steel company executives recommended that techniques to improve performance in the international arena to intangible assets for competitive advantage will have special attention.
