Abstract:
Executive agencies, especially municipalities for various reasons, including economic growth ,population growth, increased and adequate financial resources for the implementation of infrastructure projects, accelerating the implementation and operation of projects, attempting to use new methods have a contract. The use of these types of problems and risks, project contracts are a significant burden to the private sector and reduce the time and cost of the data transfer. One of the principal concern of every urban city projects is correct and timely. Need for municipal projects in Iran, lack of resources, lack of technology and urban management constraints prevented the timely and economic project. The executive agencies, especially municipalities, private sector participation in public projects for the city are invited. Because of the transfer of responsibility for the design , construction and financing of a percentage of
the project to the private sector [1].
easily implemented and used for such projects.and a good way for some prediction of the contract in order to facilitate financing for development projects in the field of municipal offered.
