Abstract
Now days, using internet and information technology (IT), actually has a lot of advantages, and also has risk of revealing private secrets. Connecting to internet in systems, and networks, causes that security experts face new security threats each day. Protecting privacy in recommender Systems and data mining, is very important and remarkable subject. Recommender systems which are made to give list of appropriate things to users, on one hand, because of ignoring social trust networks between entities, and on the other hand, not protecting privacy, is doing very week.
Noticing the importance of protecting privacy and information security, in this thesis, we are going to study about recommender Systems and protecting privacy in these systems with data swapping that is one of the ways to control revealing of statistic information. Together the ways that control revealing statistic information with protecting privacy methods in recommender Systems which is going to get very complex subject to study about. Purpose of data swapping method has less risk for information. Using this method can prevent not only “identifying people personal features” but also “identifying people”.
