By increasing the effects of different industries on local, regional and global environments and increasing the pressure of government and market. The companies are considering more attention on greening their supply chain through using green supplier development programs. There have been lots of researches to find inner dependencies between supply chain management and suppliers performance in recent years. Most of these performances is reachable by involving suppliers on green supplier development programs. But in the literature there is a little focus on these programs. Also, transferring and sharing information is one of the precious factors in green supplier development programs on which there are no consensus and with an insignificant attention in the related literature. Further, organizations have been facing a more scarcity in terms of formal models and tools by which they can handle their affairs. There are no consensus with an insignificant attention in the related literature. In order to complete this gap, we introduce a new approach based on combination of fuzzy DEMATEL and ANP. In this thesis, DEMATEL method is used to structuring programs, handling inner and outer dependencies, and for weighting of clusters and then ANP is used to prioritize the programs. This thesis has the aim to identify and prioritize green supplier development programs in case study of Artin Teb Polymer Company. The research method is descriptive and the research objective is practical. To achieve such a purpose, firstly, a comprehensive review has been taken placed on the literature of green supplier development programs. Secondly, we have selected six programs by consultation with experts, based on their relations with the case study, their practicability and the attentions they have paid on the types and capabilities of the suppliers. At third, the questionnaire is designed with these programs and their combination which is judged by experts of the industry afterwards. The results demonstrate that implementation of mixed programs effectively helps managers to get strategic and more feasible decisions.
