Rotary engines have always been considered due to its own characteristics. Studies on rotational engines and Determining the efficiency of their operation has caused that many Proceedings has done For better utilization of these motors. Among of These Proceedings is use of the Atkinson cycle mechanism for rotary engines. In this study, a new type of rotary engine with Atkinson cycle work, is investigated. Quasi-dimensional models describing the flow phenomena in engine applications. Quasi-dimensional model of turbulence is one of the models used to describe the flame speed, In this study, a rotary Atkinson cycle engine investigated with using numerical simulations and dynamic mesh tool to check the flow field during the intake stroke engine with three speed motor and Turbulence quantities to calibrate the model of quasi-dimensional turbulence, extracted. However, it has been found that the mixing of air and fuel, combustion and pollutant formation in internal combustion engines is strongly influenced by the evolution of the turbulent flow in chamber. So at the end, the flow lines at the end of the intake stroke and the air circulation inside the chamber was investigated.
