چكيده ضرورت طرح يك راه حل مناسب،جهت مقابله با پديده گسترش بي رويه شهرها از يك طرف،و تغيير نگرش نحوه مداخله در بافت هاي قديمي و تاريخي از طرف ديگر،سبب تكامل يافتن چارچوب هاي نظري ميان افزايي به عنوان گونه اي از مداخله در بافت هاي شهري، گرديده است. ميان افزايي به عنوان يكي از راه حل هاي جديد توسعه پايدار، ساختارهاي جديد را به زمينه پيوند مي دهد و از اين رو مي تواند با ايجاد نقاط محرك راه حل مناسبي براي احياي بافت هاي تاريخي ،باشد.هدف اين رويكرد،استفاده از ظرفيت هاي موجود در بافت هاي تاريخي و مراكز شهري- به عنوان مهمترين عناصر حيات اجتماعي- جهت دستيابي به توسعه پايدار مي¬باشد. در اين رساله با تاكيد بر ميان افزايي ودر بافت تاريخي با توجه به ابعاد اجتماعي آن، به عنوان راه حل مشكلات اين گونه بافت ها، به طراحي يك مجموعه فرهنگي-تجاري ميان افزا در ميان بافت تاريخي بازار همدان پرداخته مي¬شود.هدف طراحي ايجاد مجموعه اي است كه بر پيوستگي بازار تاكيد كرده و نيز موجب ايجاد فضايي دعوت كننده براي تمام اقشار و گروه هاي اجتماعي گردد. تحقيق حاضر ماهيت كاربردي دارد و روش تحقيق از نوع تركيبي مي¬باشد.از اين روي سعي شد تا ابتدا با شناخت مولفه هاي توسعه ميان¬افزا و تاثير آن بر پايداري اجتماعي و به طور خاص اجتماع¬پذيري فضاهاي شهري،از ديدگاه نظريه¬پردازان مختلف پايه هاي نظري اين پژوهش شكل گيرد و سپس با بررسي اين عوامل در ميان متخصصان و اساتيد معماري مهمترين و تاثيرگذارترين آن¬ها شناخته شوند.با توجه به فاكتورهاي مهمي كه از نظر انديشمندان بزرگ به¬ عنوان عوامل پايداري اجتماعي در¬نظر گرفته¬اند،مولفه¬هاي ميان¬افزايي تاثير مستقيم بر ارتقاء پايداري اجتماعي فضاهاي شهري دارند.اين تحقيق به منظور دستيابي به پايداري اجتماعي،به بررسي اجتماع پذيري به عنوان يكي از عوامل موثر در اين زمينه مي-پردازد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: توسعه پايدار،پايداري اجتماعي،اجتماع¬پذيري،بافت تاريخي،توسعه ميان افزا

Abstract: There is a need to develop a suitable solution in order to deal with the uncontrolled phenomenon of urban expansion, and also changing interventions in the context of the old and historical places could cause a development in the theoretical intercalating framework as a kind of intervention in the urban context. Intercalation as one of the new solutions for sustainable development links the new structures to the context, therefore, it could be a solution to restore historical contexts by creating stimulus regions. The aim of this approach is utilizing the existing capacities in the historical and urban contexts- as the most important elements of social life- in order to reach the sustainable development. The present dissertation, with the emphasis on intercalation and historical context due to its social dimensions, as a solution to the problem of these contexts, designs an intercalating complex center located in the historical context of Hamedan Bazar. The aim to this design is to create a complex center where it emphasizes the continuity of the bazar and also creates an atmosphere where all sorts of people are attracted to. The present dissertation has functional and practical nature, and the research method is of a combination form. Therefore, this research is studied from different theorists perspective and their theoretical basis, in order to first identify the components of intercalating development and its effects on social stability; and in particular, sociability of urban spaces. Secondly to examine these factors among experts in architecture. That they are to be identified as the most important and effective factors among all. Considering the important factors that the great thinkers had designated as social sustainability factors, intercalating elements have direct effects on promoting the social sustainability of urban spaces. This study investigates the sociability factor as one of the most effective factors in the case of study in order to achieve social sustainability.
