Abstract
Civil projects in terms of the expansion and diversity of activities and the risks and harmful factors in them, always are one of the most hazardous industries in the world, and in most countries at the top of event activities are done. Work in civil projects in terms of diversity, presence of various work groups and lack of familiarity with the environment and working conditions by all personnel accompany with high potential of immunological events. Due to that civil activities are physically scattered in different places and monitor the safety issues are very challenging. The evaluation criteria to optimize safety performance on projects reduce the risks of human, financial and time is always of the important issues. Macro objective of this study is to identify the most important factors affecting safety performance on projects, using statistical tests were the most important factors in choosing and ranking and prioritizing hierarchical is used. In this regard, multi-criteria decision-making methods and multi-criteria decision-making process AHP rank the factors identified in the area of safety performance on projects and civil sites in the country. The results show should IT managers, measures to improve safety culture and safety inspection of projects and upgrade management factors, behavioral and educational guidelines for the strict enforcement of safety and safety in the workplace and the need for policy priorities identified in the safety performance of the organization as its first cause, and pay special attention to this issue because according to the current situation in the country due to the absence of other factors and management techniques of performance will not be necessary.
