These days, rapid diognoestic is the first step for the treatment of diseases. According to the World Health Organization, especially in the Third World countries, identifying accessories diseases quickly, with minimum cost and in a timely manner is very tangible. In this thesis, paper-based microfluidic systems using photolithography technology have been developed for the production of paper kits, that is capable of detecting multiple biological factors simultaneously, in the shortest possible time, with minimum cost and without needing for tooling components. With this kit, a variety of diseases can be identified quickly, at low-consumption of biological samples. Finally the kit is made in this dissertation, is capable to determine the biological factors in less than 4 minutes and without needing for trained personnel. Furthermore, identifying disseases with this kind of kits, require only a few microliter of biological sample
