Abstract
The modeling technology of building information is a method and model based on graphical data and information data in the design, construction, and construction processes in the construction industry. This feature of building information modeling makes this technology worth considering and has many advantages over previous systems. In advanced countries, the use of modeling of building information has grown exponentially in the construction industry. Considering the importance of reducing current costs in the design and construction of buildings and finally taking steps towards a resilient economy in order to advance Iran, it is necessary to achieve this technology.
In this thesis, by simulating the central library of the University of Science and Technology of Iran based on building modeling technology and its analysis, finding architectural and operational design errors, and achieving cost savings in time and cost, to evaluate this Technology is devoted to the classical and the prior methods, in the end, using a qualitative analysis method, a suitable procedure for using this technology to advance the architecture projects in Iran, in accordance with the culture and workflow and the most widely used software. On the other hand, for the purpose of completing thesis studies, the design of the central library of the city of Bardsir is analyzed and analyzed using building information modeling tools.
