Nowadays,the goal is to achieve sustainable development in many countries of the world. Because the world's energy resources are limited. According to the country's decision to reduce dependence on petroleum resources,and the need to reduce energy consumption in various sectors of industry,construction and high energy consumption in the building,the first option in this context are considering ways to conserve energy. Energy consumption is high to establish comfort conditions in buildings. So,explore ways to reduce energy consumption or saving it is necessary. Everything must be measured before the amount of energy consumed. One way to get the amount of energy is the energy simulation programs. In this study,by using software Design Builder for a residential building has three floors in two climates Tabriz and Yazd (the species geographical both climate of buildings with high energy expenditure) Energy consumption is estimated between 4 different materials,materials number one in the Region Tabriz optimality 4%,11% and 11% compared to the interests of two,three and four on the temperature,with efficiency of 38%, higher than 100% (2.8 times) and 66% of the materials two,three and four heating and cooling energy debate and the climate of Yazd optimality 5%,8% and 7% compared to the interests of two,three and four in the temperature with efficiency higher than 100% (2-times) than the interests of two and above 100% (3 times) than the interests of three better performance. Finally the optimals materials in yazd province with optimal temperatue goes 38% and 71% on heating and cooling energy debate has better performance than the climate of Tabriz.
