Innovation is an important factor in the competitiveness of organizations, so organizations need to increase their innovation factors that can make the most boost. One of the factors that makes organizations can increase their learning potential due to the absorption capacity.
Absorb capacity as a useful concept in understanding the activities of the management and operation of technology innovation is the ability to perform effective. Absorption capacity in knowledge dependent organizations and understand and adapt new innovations and enjoying them are done in an organization.
Most important aspect of this study, the use of existing models that the absorb capacity of the firms surveyed assessed and studied the relationship between absorption capacity and the performance of the firms.
The results can be used as input in planning effective strategic management process. By examining the relationship between performance and absorptive capacity can improve performance through effective organization is planning for impact absorption capacity. This research aimed at applied research and gathering data is descriptive and correlational, and using Smart PLS and SPSS software to analyze the data. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all five identified factors that strengthen the technology absorption capacity in the MEHR EGHTESAD bank. Friedman test was used to rank the factors most important factor was that social features. Finally, to evaluate the performance of the bank's IT uninstall capacity of structural equation modeling, the results showed a positive and significant impact among them there. Finally, suggestions were presented based on the research findings.
