نوآوري عاملي موثر در رقابت پذيري سازمانها محسوب مي شود لذا سازمانها براي افزايش نوآوري هايشان مي‌بايد عواملي را كه بتوانند در اين فضا بيشترين بهره را ببرند تقويت نمايند . يكي از اين عوامل كه باعث مي شود سازمانها بتوانند قدرت يادگيري خود را افزايش دهند توجه به ظرفيت جذب مي باشد ظرفيت جذب يك مفهوم سودمند در درك فعاليت هاي مديريتي و بهره برداري از تكنولوژي ها سبب توانايي انجام اثر بخش نوآوري مي گردد . ظرفيت جذب به دانش هاي پيشين فرد و سازمان وابسته و درك و سازگاري نوآوري هاي نوين و نيز بهره گيري از آنها در سازمان را شدني مي نمايد . مهمترين هدف اين پژوهش، استفاده از مدل هاي موجود براي ارزيابي ظرفيت جذب در بنگاه و ارتباط اين ظرفيت جذب را با عملكرد بنگاه مورد مطالعه بررسي نمايد. نتايج اين تحقيق مي تواند به عنوان ورودي فرايند مديريت استراتژيك شركت در زمينه برنامه ريزي موثر واقع شود . همچنين با بررسي رابطه بين عملكرد و ظرفيت جذب مي تواند به بهبود عملكرد از طريق برنامه ريزي در جهت تاثير در ظرفيت جذب سازمان موثر باشد . اين تحقيق از نوع هدف تحقيق كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده‌ها توصيفي پيمايشي و از نوع همبستگي مي‌باشد، با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و Smart PLS به تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها پرداخت. نتايج تحليل عامل تاييدي نشان داد كه 4 عامل شناسايي شده همگي بر تقويت ظرفيت جذب فناوري در بانك مهر اقتصاد تاثير دارند. به منظور رتبه بندي اين عوامل از آزمون فريدمن استفاده شد كه متغير بهره برداري مهمترين عامل شناخته شد. به منظور بررسي ظرفيت جذف فناوري بر عملكرد بانك نيز از مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد كه نتايج نشان داد تاثير مثبت و معني داري ميان ان‌ها وجود دارد. در نهايت نيز پيشنهادهايي مبتني بر يافته هاي پژوهش ارائه شد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: ظرفيت جذب فناوري، انتقال فناوري، نوآوري سازماني، مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري، بانك مهر اقتصاد.

Innovation is an important factor in the competitiveness of organizations, so organizations need to increase their innovation factors that can make the most boost. One of the factors that makes organizations can increase their learning potential due to the absorption capacity. Absorb capacity as a useful concept in understanding the activities of the management and operation of technology innovation is the ability to perform effective. Absorption capacity in knowledge dependent organizations and understand and adapt new innovations and enjoying them are done in an organization. Most important aspect of this study, the use of existing models that the absorb capacity of the firms surveyed assessed and studied the relationship between absorption capacity and the performance of the firms. The results can be used as input in planning effective strategic management process. By examining the relationship between performance and absorptive capacity can improve performance through effective organization is planning for impact absorption capacity. This research aimed at applied research and gathering data is descriptive and correlational, and using Smart PLS and SPSS software to analyze the data. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all five identified factors that strengthen the technology absorption capacity in the MEHR EGHTESAD bank. Friedman test was used to rank the factors most important factor was that social features. Finally, to eva​luate the performance of the bank's IT uninstall capacity of structural equation modeling, the results showed a positive and significant impact among them there.
