Abstract:
In different markets, markets are considered as commercial spaces and urban hustle and are subject to urban development and development. With the achievements of modernity and the architectural and urban patterns of the West, commercial spaces are now emerging. The most important goal of establishing a commercial enterprise is its economic feedback; of course, various factors influence the success and failure of a project. Architectural design is simultaneously involved in the structural, technical, operational, and economic layers. The continuity of these layers leads to unity and cohesion in the whole and in part. Technical and economic issues have a reciprocal movement between design and implementation that has a great impact on the design process. A commercial complex will be welcomed when it comes to meeting the physical and psychological demands of a person. These demands are a function of time and place, and each must be met independently. The purpose of this project is to create a central business, office, service to meet the needs of the business people, the interactions of companies and the representation of manufacturing factories and provide services such as anbar parking in accordance with the need of the region. Therefore, in order to function properly, different spaces should be fitted to create the right function of each space and its proper interaction with other spaces.
The method used in this treatise is a hybrid method. The research methodology of this research includes different levels and uses both quantitative and qualitative methods (combined research method). This research consists of two parts: subject recognition and design. The recognition stage has three main stages, which in the early stages emphasize more on qualitative methods, and in the latter stages, emphasis has been placed on quantitative methods. Finally, factors are presented which are based on the views and wishes of buyers, sellers and employer.
