According to statistics, about two thirds of the Human casualties resulting from road traffic accidents occurs in the 01 - 01 km range of city entrances. City Entry Ranges of cities have special and complex conditions that need to be investigated in a special way. Although recent actions have led to declining deaths, but ,the number of deaths is still high. The decreasing trend of reducing accidents over the past decade has been the result of varios factors and actions that have been studied in this study.
In this research, the effects of such measures as the removal of Delete the accidental points, lateral facilities and road safety equipment, such as: Cameras for filing violations, illumination, relief and rescue bases such as the emergency department and the Red Crescent, service and welfare facilities and Police checkpoints in reducing the number of fatal accidents in the city limits were Analysis of variance and regression analysis in SPSS software and the effect of each of the factors has been prioritized. Statistical analysis showed that the effect of research hypotheses with decreasing decreasing of deaths in a 01-year period (0031 to 0031) was significant and decreased
063 of the deaths in the city entrance. At the end, the executive strategies of preventive actions based on the limited financial resources in the country are presented in the short, medium, and long term.
