Abstract:
Annually, a significant amount of the state budget spent on implementation of construction projects in the country. Road projects including the construction projects that spend time and money and a large scope runs. Naturally, the number of participants and stakeholders more than any other construction projects that create high uncertainty. To manage stakeholders in the project need to identify stakeholders and we know their expectations. The process of identifying the stakeholders of the project's first action (early in the process), but by the end of the project we constantly repeated to ensure that all stakeholders have been identified. Stakeholder It is said that to individual or group is affected the project or may affect it. The stakeholder of the project has not met expectations, those expectations may be created problems for us. So in addition to identifying any stakeholder should prioritize them in terms of power, proximity and immediacy also be specified. The information in the list of stakeholders will be recorded and will be used in other processes. In this research, after identifying important stakeholders in road construction projects, they were prioritized using the methodology of the stakeholder circle. Based on the results of the questionnaires, 15 important stakeholders were selected from among the 43 stakeholders who obtained the highest possible scores of stakeholders. Employer is the main stakeholder of the set. Further identification of the stakeholder expectations of road construction projects has been considered and finally, using existing methods and expert opinions, methods for responding to the stakeholder expectations of the index have been considered.
