با پيشرفت روز افزون فناوري اطلاعات و گسترش كاربردهاي اينترنت و افزايش علاقمندي افراد جامعه به ادامه تحصيل و به روز رساني علم و دانش خويش، روز به روز آموزش هاي الكترونيكي را گستش داد، دانشگاه هاي بزرگ، براي براي بهبود وضعيت خود در مقابل رقبا و مطرح شدن بيشتر در عرصه جهاني، از اين ادغام فن آوري و آموزش بهره گرفتند و در پي بهبود مستمر اين امر مي باشند لذا در اين پژوهش، به اندازه گيري عملكرد با رويكرد تصميم گيري چند معياره غير قطعي و تحليل شبكه اي در مركز الكترونيكي دانشگاه علم صنعت ايران پرداخته مي شود تا بتوان گامي براي پيشبرد آن برداشت. در اين تحقق كه از نوع پيمايشي و كاربردي مي باشد، ابتدا معيارهايي براي اندازه گيري عملكرد انتخاب شده و با روش فرايند تحليل شبكه اي فازي، وزن هاي آنها با نرم افزارهاي متلب و اكسل محاسبه و سيستم اندازه گيري عملكرد به دست آمد سپس با مقايسات زوجي مراكز الكترونيكي سه دانشگاه علم و صنعت ايران، دانشگاه خواجه نصير الدين طوسي و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي، امتياز عملكرد هر يك به دست آمد. براي دانشگاه علم و صنعت ايران، عواملي كه باعث كاهش امتياز عملكرد مي باشد شامل "كاركنان آموزش"، "توسعه دانش بين المللي"، "نرم افزارهاي مورد استفاده"، "زمان در دسترس بودن كارشناس پشتيبان، "زمان تخصيص داده شده به درس" مي باشد. براي بهبود عملكرد دانشگاه، اين راهكارها ارائه گرديد: آموزش مستمر آيين نامه هاي به روز به كاركنان آموزش، نيازسنجي آموزشي كاركنان مركز الكترونيكي، تدوين استاندارد آموزشي براي كاركنان، ايجاد فرصت و امتيازات انگيزشي براي دانشجويان براي گسترش دانش بين المللي، بهبود قابليت استفاده از كتابخانه الكترونيكي دانشگاه، يكپارچه سازي نرم افزارها و حذف پراكندگي بين نرم افزارهاي مورد استفاده در مركز الكترونيكي، خودكار كردن تمام فعاليت ها در نرم افزار، هماهنگي زمان حضور كارشناس پشتيبان با كلاس هاي درسي، افزايش زمان تخصيص داده شده به درس.

Therefore, in this research, the performance measurement with the uncertain multi-criteria decision making approach and network analysis at the university's electronic center The science of Iran's industry is being studied in order to be able to take a step forward. In this realm that is survey and applied, at first, the criteria for measuring the performance were selected and then by the method of fuzzy network analysis, their weights were calculated with the MATLAB and Excel software and the performance measurement system was then obtained by comparing A pair of electronic centers of three universities of science and technology in Iran, Khaje Naseerdin Tusi University and Islamic Azad University, performance points were obtained. For the University of Science and Technology of Iran, factors that reduce the performance score include "training staff", "international knowledge development", "software used", "time availability of backup expert," time allocated to the course "To improve the university's performance, these strategies were presented: Continuous training of staff members on training standards, training needs of the staff of the electronic center, the development of a staff training standard, the creation of opportunities and incentives for students to develop international knowledge, Improving the usability of the university's e-library, soft integration It eliminates the disparity between the software used in the electronic center, automates all activities in the software, coordinates the time of the expert attendance with the classes, increase the time allocated to the course.
