Regarding to increasingly use of motorcycle in metropolises and poor control of fuel consumption and air pollution of motorcycles equipped with carburetor, it is mandatory to do something in order to decrease air pollution and environmental destructive impacts. Use of electronic fuel injection can be a useful method to overcome the above mentioned problem. Therefore, in the first step, we have to move towards the production of motorcycle engines and In the next step, optimizing the engine management system (ECU) will achieve the best performance of the engine, including reducing emissions, reducing fuel consumption and maximizing output power. First, a 150cc engine equipped with carburetor was tested and all results were recorded. Next, the engine was equipped with electronic fuel injection and all tests was repeated and all results were recorded. Results of the present research shows that the engine equipped with electronic fuel injection improve 9.6% output power and 4% fuel consumption. Besides, the designed and fabricated electronic fuel injection can considerably decrease air pollution. In the next step, using optimization algorithms, we optimize the search engine tables to achieve the best engine performance. so that it is able to pass Euro III standard
