Abstract
Road accident points are the places where the occurrence of an accident in those areas is abundant in which environmental factors, vehicles and human factors are interacting, and these traffic accidents cause loss of human lives, the ability to work and produce in the community and physical injuries And there is a lot of soul that will have unpleasant consequences. The purpose of this study is to achieve incident points and to investigate the causes of accidents at those points and provide the appropriate preventive measures. In this regard, Golestan province with attention Provinces, tourist attraction, high passage of passengers and transit to Khorasan, the capital and transit of goods to Central Asia and China, through the only axis of output to these destinations in the east of the province, namely the Minoodasht-Tangare axis, with an approximate length of 65.3 km to the end of the border of the province For this case study, this research was selected and then by obtaining the required information (such as route map, number and severity of accidents in this axis, accident factors, time of occurrence and accident conditions, traffic volume and ...) over the past three years 92-93 And 94) from the relevant organizations including the Provincial Police, the Police of the Roads and the Terminal Transportation Transportation Authority and the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development Stretched out. Then, according to the characteristics of the route in different points of the route, it was divided into 21 points, and with the help of action-centered measures and traditional approach (frequency, rate of accidents, critical rate of accidents, severity and intensity rate) to identify the incident points, Which according to the presentation of 50 questionnaires in the AHP method format for road safety specialists were weighted for different criteria and the best criterion, the rate-intensity criterion for identifying the accident points, was determined in the case study.
Also, to determine the black spot of other components in their incident, they were used to predict the incident points and the potential for improvement. Finally, in order to build the Geodatabase, the information and criteria for identifying incident points were integrated into the GIS layers and became the final mapping. In the end, with a field visit of accidental parts, the road safety diagnostic approach, a solution was proposed to secure the accidental parts in the Minoodasht-Tongah axis of Golestan province.
