One of the best ways to overcome the stratum corneum is to use a microneedle for the delivery of a variety of drugs, such as peptide and macro molecular drugs. Microneedle is an array of needles that, by creating reversible micro channels in the skin, with minimal pain and damage, allows the passage of drugs, such as macro molecules, vaccines and hormones from the skin. The purpose of this project is to familiarize with the types of micro dermabrases, their application in the macro molecular drug delivery, and to study the microneedle manufacturing methods. In this project, the micro drive was developed using laser, lithography, etching, milling and some innovative and simple methods. In comparison with the methods, milling was introduced as an optimal method. Milling is a machining method that is pre-written on the device by means of tools for implementing the plan given by the G code programming. At the end of this project, by examining the final mold of the mold making, designed in this project, is evaluated by external testing.
