ارايه يك مدل تركيبي براي ارزيابي عوامل موثر بررشد نرخ پذيرش توسعه پايدار و نوآوري سبز در صنعت ساختمان

چكيده امروزه كشورهاي پيشرفته از سياست‌هاي انرژي و توسعه پايدار به عنوان ابزار راهبردي براي رسيدن به يك مزيت رقابتي در بازار جهاني و ايجاد مشاغل سبز استفاده مي كنند. هزينه‌هاي بالاي انرژي و مواد، نگراني‌ها براي محيط و نياز به كاهش مصرف منابع طبيعي، فرصت‌هاي توسعه پايدار ايجاد مي كند. ساخت و ساز سبز از مصالح بي ضرر براي محيط زيست و طرح بهره وري انرژي به عنوان وسيله اي براي كاهش مصرف منابع و تقليل تاثير منفي بر محيط استفاده مي كند.با وجود اينكه ساخت سبز حاشيه سود را افزايش مي دهد، سازندگان مدل فرايند ساخت معمولي را انتخاب مي كنند. در اين تحقيق، سعي شد تا عوامل كليدي موفقيت در نوآوري سبز و توسعه پايدار در صنعت ساختمان، از طريق پرسش‌نامه شناسايي شده و با عوامل به دست آمده از مرور ادبيات تركيب شوند. سپس بازخورد علي آن‌ها تجزيه و تحليل شد و از يك روش تركيبي براي تحليل سيستماتيك بازخورد علي از طريق يك مدل مفهومي، استفاده شد تا واقعيت و اهميت آن‌ها بيشتر مشخص شود. وقتي از يك مدل تركيبي دي متل , مدلسازي ساختاري-تفسيري و فرآيند تجزيه و تحليل شبكه اي استفاده مي شود، اين امكان وجود دارد كه از يك متمم تعاملي براي ساخت يك روش تحقيق تركيبي استفاده كرد تا مسائل پيچيده را راحت تر حل كرد. اين روش تركيبي مي تواند ويژگي‌هاي مختلف عوامل گوناگون را مورد توجه قرار دهد، بين جهت و شدت تاثير عوامل تعامل ايجاد كند، ويژگي‌هاي ساختاري سطح‌هايي كه عوامل در آن قرار دارند را بررسي كند، اهميت عوامل گوناگون را نشان دهد و در نهايت از يك ساختار گرافيكي براي ارايه مفيد به مديران و محققان استفاده كند و يك ابزار ارتباطي مناسب براي درك بهتر مفاهيم پيچيده و تحليل آن‌ها، فراهم كند. در اين تحقيق، عوامل دانش/آگاهي و سياست گذاري به عنوان مهمترين عوامل محرك شناسايي شدند. در صنعت ساختمان يك نياز به ايجاد و بهبود آگاهي و دانش در بين بازيگران اين صنعت احساس مي شود. موفقيت نوآوري سبز و توسعه پايدار به تعهد دولت و قانونگذاري بسيار وابسته است. تاثير عوامل اقتصادي در گروه پيوندي مشهود بود. هزينه مالي اضافي و نگراني متقاضيان از سودمندي از موانع مهم در اجراي ساخت و ساز سبز مي باشد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: توسعه پايدار، مزيت رقابتي، هزينه منفعت، منازل سبز، نوآوري سبز

Nowadays, developed countries use energy policies and sustainable development as strategic tools to avhieve a competitive advantage in the global market and to create green jobs. Escalating energy and material costs, concerns for the environment and the need to reduce natural resource consumption create sustainable development. Green construction uses ecologically safe materials and energy efficient design as tools to reduce resource consumption and minimize the negative effect on the environment. Building green increases profit margins; however, some home builders choose the conventional process construction model. In this study, we elucidate the key success factors for green innovation and sustainable development in construction industry by questionnaire and combined with literature review factors. Then we analyzed their causal feedback and deployed a compound method to construct systematic analysis of causal feedback through a model exploring the reality and importande of key success factors. When we use system theory in an integrated DEMATEL, ISM and ANP approach, it allows us the benefits of interactive complementarity to establish a useful composite method of research for attacking complex problems. The integrated method can consider the combined features of various factors, interaction between the direction and intensity, structural characteristics of the level of the factors, key success factors relative importance and use a causal feedback visualization graphics in a presentation useful for managers and researchers and provide communication and organizational tools to better understand the complex issues they face. This study identified knowledge/awareness and political factors as the most important drivers for green innovation and sustainable development. There is a need to create and improve awareness and knowledge amongst the various actors in the construction industry. The success of green innovation and sustainable development is highly reliant on the commitment of government and the formation of legislation. The influence of financial factors in linked group has been well recognized. The additional financial cost and client worries in profitability are major barriers to the implementation of sustainable construction.
