As the hand craft is demanded more by population today, it is necessary to mechanize this method and increasing the speed and the precision of this method is important. In this research the chasing and Repoussé is done by hand and the first steps of traditional this art is mechanized. The tool path is drawn by using the desired picture and it is pasted on the sheet by using the designed controllable hammering machine. The hammering machine is a small solenoid which the speed and power of impact is controllable. Different methods are used for clamping the sheet, the protectant material under sheet, clamps it and avoids sound pollution and leads to better forming, the best protectant material is bitumen. The designed solenoid is simulated and validated by experimental data and following parameters are investigated: plunger coarse, plunger diameter and tip angle and drilling it, coil wire diameter, comparing static and dynamic exciting of solenoid, coil exciting voltage. In the next simulation, the bitumen is utilized under the sheet and sheet forming of following parameters are investigated: bitumen thickness, tool diameter, sheet thickness, excitation voltage, and comparison of clamping sheet by bitumen or by surrounding. The successful chasing shows the ability of designed mechanism. The online method of hammering is more flexible than the offline one. The maximum power and speed could be achieved by using maximum hammering frequency without power loss, although hammering power could be controlled by voltage modulation in each punch. The mechanism is designed light and symmetric to make it possible to use it in small numerical control machines.
