In this research, after synthesizing graphene oxide by modified Hummer’s method with ultrasonic and its complet characterization by classic methods, we carried out functionalizing graphene oxide by triethylenetetramine, somehow that by bonding triethylenetetramine to acidic group of graphene oxide in ball-mill, we reach our purpose in producing this catalyst in better and safeir condition. After that, this catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, FE-SEM, EDS, AFM and TGA that after assurance from synthesizing catalyst, with immobilizing Pd to nitrogen dentates, we used it in Suzuki coupling reaction and product from this reaction and also other derivatives of it were characterized by mentioned analysis method. From the properties of used methods in synthesizing GO-TETA/Pd and coupling reaction in this research can pointed low cost of our method for this catalyst synthesis, low reaction time and high yields of product, also environmental-friedly character of it in Suzuki reaction, but most important factor is ignoring using different bases in coupling reaction.
