Today, taking into account the competitive situation in economic enterprises, the supply chain performance status plays an important role in the production and delivery of low-cost, high quality products at the time specified by the customer. On the other hand, there is a lot of pressure on companies to focus on environmental issues and social responsibilities, and given the importance of these issues and the importance of financial issues for companies, the supply chain sustainability debate has been raised. An assessment that includes sustainability aspects is different from the traditional and business-oriented performance evaluation. When the dimensions of sustainability are considered, the scope of the assessment should be developed. Integrating environmental, economic, and social performance to achieve sustainable development is a major challenge for business in the current century. Every industry has its own vision of sustainability and its own program is based on services, parts, products and business models. As a result of sustainability compatibility with different industry conditions, it seems necessary in this research to investigate the stability in the automotive industry. In this research, which is survey and applied, after library studies and field research, the criteria for assessing sustainability were firstly selected and fuzzy network analysis method was calculated using MATLAB and Excel software weights. The required information was obtained by three questionnaires completed by the experts. Then, a model for assessing the automotive supply chain was designed using fuzzy network analysis method. Based on the results, the economic dimension with a weight of 0.439 was 0.322 and social dimension of 0.239 ranked first to third, and in the economic dimension, the following measures of quality promotion, competition and pricing with a weight of 0.087 in the social dimension were satisfied with the customer with a weight of 0.085 and in the environmental aspect of minimum waste and waste With a weight of 0.058 are the most important indicators for achieving the sustainable supply chain. Finally, this model was used to evaluate a large automobile maker and, with the help of analytical charts and risk probability numbers, identified and identified the need for continuous improvement.
