Abstract
According to loss or damage to the shelter of people in the Aftermath of the disasters, shelter is necessary to protect against diseases and to a variety of dangers, and in order to protect human dignity within the framework of the family and social system. In this regard. design and constructing shelters for disaster victims in the shortest possible period time with desirable and acceptable quality is one of the things that governments pay special attention to. The rapid construction of this habitation-occasions is one of the most important elements of design. In this study, the design of two types of quick-build solutions has been represented. The use of steel structures and reload cargo containers are one of the solutions for making accommodation quickly, optimally and modularly. Regarding the fact that temporary residences in addition to fast construction are bound to provide the comfort of their residants against different climatic conditions. By using the material with ability to Phase-change in the construction of these residences, it was tried The temperature of the built-up units converges to the comfort range temperature, and to reduce the temperature changes and energy consumption of these residences as much as possible. These residences have been considered in two hot and cold temperate regions, and the performance of the phase-change materials has been studied in these two climates. Cities in these two studied climates have been selected based on the faults in the maps of the Institute of Geophysics of Tehran University. Tehran and Amol cities have been investigated respectively. The climate data of these two cities are collected from the country's meteorological organization. By using the climate data and energy analysis plugins of the Rhino software, which is called Lidybag and Haniberi, the comparison between residential units with ordinary materials and Phase-change materials was carried out in two climates of Tehran and Amol cities, which led to different results in different seasons of the year in the two climates. Phase-change materials with a reduction in energy consumption are a good response to the use of conventional building materials in residential areas. In the following, suggestions were made for the reuse of shelters.
