Nowadays, waste management is considered one of the pillars of sustainable development. The production of all kinds of waste in human life is inevitable and undoubtedly the lack of attention to this issue can have a great impact on the degradation of the environment and nature. Urban waste management depends on factors such as production, collection, transportation, landfill and recycling, so the scope of management of this category is very wide and variable, there is no other way than a management and strategic plan for such a topic. The results of the research indicate that comprehensive waste management has three general economic, social and environmental dimensions. This study presents a multi-objective, randomized model for designing a forward-reverse logistics network for urban waste collection and recycling of paper and re-replicating the demand for demographic paper. The model determines the optimal locations and the time of reopening of each transmission, disposal, recycling and distribution center during the periods in question; it also identifies the optimal allocation model for these stations to the demographic regions.
The network's features of this model take into account the fact that the current populated areas have reached maturity to send part of their waste directly to the recycling centers. This model is presented under the uncertainty conditions with objective functions of sustainability considerations and the objective of risk objective function. In this thesis, as an applied research, the proposed model in the world is based on the data of the waste management organization of Tehran city and the specific collection of wastes paper, and the related results have been presented.
