Abstract:
In this research, 4,5-dicarboxylic imidazole magnetic nanocatalysis was first prepared by
benzimidazole oxidation and then coexisted on Fe3O4 substrate and used to synthesize
monosubstituted benzimidazoles as catalysts under ultrasonic conditions. This nanoscale was
identified by Fourier Infrared (FT-IR), Scanning Microscopic Spectroscopy (SEM), X-ray
Diffraction (XRD), X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) spectroscopy. This magnetic nanocatalyser is
used as a new catalyst for the synthesis of benzimidazole. This method has advantages,
including short reaction time, high efficiency, easy separation of catalyst, recyclable and
reusable.
