بررسي تحليلي و كاربردي تاثير فناوري اطلاعات در كيفيت بهره وري كاركنان سازمان

امروزه يكي از مهمترين و اساسي¬ترين فعاليت¬ها در سازمان جهت همگامي مثبت با تغييرات و توانائي رقابت سالم در جامعه، استفاده از سيستم¬هاي بهبود و نوآوري در نيروي انساني جهت رسيدن به هدف¬هاي مطلوب و سازنده آن سازمان محسوب مي¬شود. يكي از راه¬هاي رسيدن به توليد بهره¬ور استفاده از فناوري مي¬باشد. فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات، بدون شك تحولات گسترده¬اي را در تمامي عرصه¬هاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي بشريت به دنبال داشته و تاثير آن بر جوامع بشري به¬گونه¬اي است كه جهان امروز به سرعت در حال تبديل به يك جامعه اطلاعاتي است. با توجه به اهميت كارايي فناوري اطلاعات و نقش آن در بهبود عملكرد سازمان، اقدامات اساسي و منسجم كمتري از سوي سازمان‌ها مانند بانك¬ها و موسسات مالي و اعتباري علي¬الخصوص از بعد فناورانه صورت پذيرفته است كه بررسي تحليلي و كاربردي تاثير فناوري اطلاعات موثر در كيفيت بهره¬وري كاركنان بانك حكمت ايرانيان (شعب تهران) و ارائه راهكارهايي جهت بهبود آن مسئله اساسي تحقيق حاضر مي¬باشد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر نوع هدف، كاربردي و از نظر نوع داده، كمي بوده و روش تحقيق آن توصيفي - استنباطي مي¬باشد كه در آن 22 شاخص از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه¬اي، استخراج و سپس 5 شاخص ديگر با استفاده از نقطه نظرات خبرگان اضافه گرديد (جمعاً 27 شاخص) و داده¬ها با استفاده روش تحليل عاملي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد كه از 27 شاخص پيشنهادي، 10 شاخص حذف و 17 شاخص نهايي در 13 عامل (به علت تركيب برخي از شاخص ها با يكديگر) تفكيك گرديدند.

One of the most important and fundamental activities of the organization for positive synchronization with the changes and ability of healthy competition in the society, is the use of systems for improvement and innovation in human resources to achieve the desired and constructive goals of that organization. One of the ways to achieve the production improvement is to use technology. Information and communication technology undoubtedly has sweeping changes in all social and economic spheres of humanity and its impact on human societies is such that today's world is rapidly becoming an intelligent community. Regarding the importance of information technology efficiency and its role in improving the organization's performance, few fundamental and coherent measures have been taken by organizations such as banks and financial and credit institutions, especially in the field of technology, which analytically and applied analyzes of the impact of effective information technology; in the quality of the productivity of the staff of Hekmat Bank of Iran (branches of Tehran) and providing solutions to improve it, are the main issues studied in the present research. The aim of the present research is applied in terms of type of purpose, and in terms of data type, is quantitative and its research method is descriptive-inferential, in which 22 indices were extracted through library studies, and then 5 other indicators were used using expert's point of view (27 indicators total) and data were analyzed using factor analysis. Out of the 27 proposed indices, 10 indexes were removed, and 17 final indicators were identified in overall 13 factors (due to the combination of some indicators with each other).
