The purpose of this study is the survey of plans, IT and staff productivity in the Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences Yazd. To achieve this objective the survey and questionnaire was used in the medical science university. In this way, the method of sampling of 250 data were collected results and analysed with SPSS21 software. Result showed a positive and significant correlation between IT and staff productivity. Also there is a positive correlation between IT and the increasing of employees ability, IT and increasing of staff understanding, IT and organizational support for staff. IT and creating and increasing of employee motivation, IT and staff feedback, IT and increasing of compatibility and increasing of compatibility between IT and staff. In fact IT has a significant and positive effect on employee productivity in the Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences Yazd.
Information technology facilitates the prediction of future status as well as decision making process by providing fast and reliable access to more accurate data. Obviously, possessing comprehensive information and using information technology can increase innovation and prevent resource waste, unnecessary rework, and especially non-efficient decisions. This will result in an increase of human resources efficiency and productivity.
Exploiting information technology to develop human resources will advance human capabilities and trigger further development. This study explores the relationship between human subject and information technology and shows how human resources can be impacted by information technology. The results indicate that using information technology enhances the efficiency of human resources through the increase of enthusiasm toward assigned responsibilities.
