درعصر حاضر ايجاد كسب و كارهاي كوچك دانش بنيان يكي از عناصر مهم توسعه محسوب مي‌شود كه بسياري از كشورهاي توسعه يافته و در حال توسعه به آن توجه جدي مبذول مي¬دارند. مي‌توان گفت ايجاد كسب و كارهاي كوچك دانش بنيان به ابزار قدرتمندي در جهت ايجاد فرصت‌هاي مناسب تبديل شده است كه بهره گيري از آن مي‌تواند باعث رفع مشكلاتي همچون اشتغال، كمبود نيروي انساني خلاق و پويا، نزول چشمگير بهره وري، كاهش كيفيت محصولات و خدمات، ركود اقتصادي و افزايش رقابت شود. پيچيده شدن روزافزون فرآيند كارآفريني و خلق كسب و كار جديد و افزايش ميزان كارهاي غير اخلاقي، غير قانوني و غير مسئولانه در محيط‌هاي كاري، توجه كسب و كارهاي دانش بنيان را به بحث اخلاق حرفه‌اي بيشتر معطوف ساخته است. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش، بررسي پژوهش كتابخانه‌اي، تحليلي با متد اجتهاد در سيره شناسي و تاريخكاوي مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از منابع معتبر اسلامي صورت گرفته است. در مرحله گردآ‌ورى اطلاعات، يافته‌هاى كتابخانه‌اى گرد‌آورى شد و به روش استقرائى به فشرده‌سازى آنها پرداخته شد و در نهايت حكم صادر شد و پاسخ مسئله تحقيق به دست آمد. نتيجه‌ي پژوهش بيانگر اين است كه اخلاق اسلامي با توجه به قرآن كريم، سيره و سخنان پيامبر اعظم (ص) و ائمه معصومين در موفقيت كسب و كار داراي اثر قابل ملاحظه‌اي مي‌باشد. رعايت امانت در همه موارد مطلوب و امري پسنديده است، اما از ديدگاه اسلام، امانت داري در ايجاد كسب و كار علي الخصوص در اموال عمومي و سرمايه‌هاي معنوي و مادي كه متعلق به جامعه است، اهميت بيش‌تري دارد. در آخر مي¬توان شركت‌هاي دانش بنيان را با نوجه به اثرات مثبت قردي و اجتماعي امانت داري در كسب و كار به رعايت امانت داري براي سود مادي و معنوي بيشتر ترغيب كرد.

The increasing complexity of the entrepreneurial process and the creation of new business and increase the amount of immoral, illegal and irresponsible work in work environments, attention business knowledge base talk about professional ethics more attention is made. The research method, analyzing library research with the method of inference from religion and the behavior of the elders of religion and studying history which is done using authentic Islamic sources. In the process of collecting information, findings of the library were collected and the inductive method was used to compress them and finally, the verdict was issued and the answer to the research question was obtained. The results of the research indicate that Islamic Ethics According to the Holy Quran, actions and sayings of the Prophet (pbuh) and the infallible Imams the success of the business has a significant effect. Fulfillment of trust in all cases is desirable, but from the perspective of Islam, trust in business creation especially in the public domain and the material and spiritual assets that belongs to the community, more important. Finally, the knowledge-based companies with considering the positive and social affect trust in business to do trust for more material and spiritual gain, he encouraged more.
