Nowadays the creation of knowledge-based small businesses one important element is the development of the many developing and developing countries pay close attention to it Can say that the creation of knowledge-based small businesses has become a powerful tool to create the right opportunities that utilizing it can solve such problems employment, lack of creative and dynamic human resources, significant decline in productivity, reduced product and service quality, the economic downturn and increased competition. The increasing complexity of the entrepreneurial process and the creation of new business and increase the amount of immoral, illegal and irresponsible work in work environments, attention business knowledge base talk about professional ethics more attention is made. The research method, analyzing library research with the method of inference from religion and the behavior of the elders of religion and studying history which is done using authentic Islamic sources. In the process of collecting information, findings of the library were collected and the inductive method was used to compress them and finally, the verdict was issued and the answer to the research question was obtained.
