The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Islamic culture and ethics on organizational entrepreneurship of the city water and sewage company in South Khorasan Province. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study is 185 people. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Verbal validity of the questionnaire was verified by the experts. In this research, the influence of Islamic culture and ethics and their dimensions on organizational entrepreneurship was studied. Based on the conceptual model of the research, SPSS software was used to analyze the data and the research hypotheses were analyzed. The findings of the study were analyzed by inferential statistics including Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture and its components include development culture, group culture, rational culture and hierarchical culture have a significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship. Islamic culture and its effects sincerity, consciousness, people's capitalism and justice have a significant impact on entrepreneurship. Also, Islamic ethics and its components include interest in work, perseverance in work, human relations in work and participation in work have a significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship. The results of Pearson's test confirmed the relationship between organizational culture and its components (except hierarchical culture), Islamic culture and its components, and Islamic ethics and its components (with the exception of interest in the work) with organizational entrepreneurship.
