Considering the importance of the food supplements industry in human and animal health and the position of this industry in the development of the agricultural sector and exports, it is necessary on the one hand the risks that cause incomplete transmission of these technologies and, consequently, the country's dependence on technology in this Identifying the field and, on the other hand, identifying and evaluating the risks that affect the health of individuals and the environment. The purpose of this research is to identify and categorize the components of technology transfer risk assessment in the pharmaceutical-food supplements industry and provide a technology transfer risk assessment model in this industry. From the point of view of the method, this research is a quantitative and qualitative research, and its results are applicable to agricultural research centers, the Ministry of Health, policy-making institutions in the field of technology, and health technology headquarters. In this research, in order to identify, prioritize and evaluate the technology transfer risk, the Fuzzy AHP method and the error back propagation algorithm are used to model the technology transfer risk assessment.
The results of this study in the fuzzy AHP section indicate that 37 risks in the form of five main criteria are considered as effective in the food and drug-food industry, with the main criteria being prioritized: 1 - "Health Effects", 2- "Access to Resources", 3- "The Essence of Technology and Its Nature", 4- "The Dependence on Government Policy and Social-Economic Thresholds," and, 5- "The Power of Organizational Management and Management." Among the sub-criteria, "the risk of microbial contamination" is of paramount importance.
