Abstract
Nowadays, the quality and customer-orientation as one of the serious challenges poses serious competition. Maintaining and expanding domestic and foreign markets requires providing reliable quality products and services through the procurement needs of our customers in the design and manufacture of products or providing services. The expansion of quality performance is one of the pervasive quality management tools that convert customer needs into product requirements asked for the possibility of the realization of the above for the manufacturing industries and provides services. In this study, as well as of the model has been used and the client's Etemade Yazd plant products, 150 examples of statistical and 8 middle and senior managers as members of the team decided to collect information have been selected. Using three questionnaires to identify the needs, expectations and demands of the customers, determine the current performance of the company and the degree of importance of the needs of clients and the special questionnaire, a scrolling action team decided to collect the information. Sustainability in the degree of importance of 911% with Cronbach's alpha and the assessment of the organization with the Cronbach's alpha was actually approved 903%. Results of this investigation showed that the performance of the product and the price had the highest and lowest weights, respectively, in satisfying the customers. The results of study showed that the product yield and price had the highest and lowest weights for customer's satisfaction, respectively. In general, it must be said the degree of importance of the quality aspects was high for customers, but the company's performance has been almost average assessment.
