ارائه مدلي براي ارزيابي آمادگي سازمان براي نوآوري در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات

در فضاي رقابتي و در حال رشد عصر حاضر، ارزيابي و آگاهي از وضعيت موجود، براي هر سازماني امري لازم و ضروري است. سازمان ها براي بقا در چنين محيطي نيازمند نواوري هستند. اما نواوري ها هميشه با موفقيت رو به رو نمي شوند. بدين منظور سنجش آمادگي براي پياده سازي هر تغييري در سازمان، بديهي و لازم است. از آنجا كه مبحث نواوري بسيار گسترده است، در اين پژوهش پس از بررسي هايي كه انجام گرفت، بر آن شديم تا بر نواوري در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات كه بيشترين توجه را (نسبت به ساير صنايع) به مقوله نواوري دارد، متمركز شويم. براي انجام نواوري درحوزه فناوري اطلاعات در سازمان، همانند پياده سازي هر تغيير ديگر، بايستي كه ميزان آمادگي فعلي آن سازمان را براي نواوري در حوزه مربوط، مورد ارزيابي قرار داد. با توجه به اينكه تاكنون عوامل موثر بر آمادگي سازمان در اين حوزه معرفي نشده است، در اين پژوهش سعي بر اين بوده تا همچون بسياري از استانداردها و سيستم ها، عوامل كليدي آمادگي سازمان براي نواوري در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات شناسايي و اولويتبندي شوند و روشي براي تعيين ميزان آمادگي سازمان ها در اين حوزه ايجاد گردد. براي اولويتبندي عوامل و تهيه معادله نهايي آمادگي، عوامل بدست آمده از پژوهش، در مركز گسترش فناوري اطلاعات (مگفا) كه از جمله ي برترين شركت ها در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات مي باشد، مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. همچنين با انجام تحليل هاي آماري مورد نياز، وضعيت شركت هاي اس جي اس ايران، آسياتك و پارس تصميم كه هر سه از جمله ي شركت هاي فعال در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات مي باشند، به عنوان مطالعه موردي تحقيق حاضر، مورد ارزيابي قرار مي گيرند.

Evaluation and awareness of the status quo is essential for any organization in today`s competitive and growing world. Organizational survival depends on innovation in such environments but innovations are not always successful. To this end, evaluating organizational readiness for any change is necessary. Since the topic of innovation is very wide, after studies in this research we focused on the innovation in the field of information technology that has the most attention (as compared to other industries) to the innovation category. In order to innovate in the field of information technology in the organization, as well as the implementation of any other change, it should assess the current organization's readiness for innovation in the relevant field. Regarding the fact that the factors affecting the organization's readiness in this field have not been introduced yet, this paper attempts to identify and prioritize, as many standards and system as it can and determine the key factors of organization's readiness for innovation in the field of information technology and it is also a methodology to determine the readiness of organizations in this area. The factors obtained from the research are examined at the Information Technology Development Center (Magfa) which is among the top companies in the field of information and communication technology to prioritize the factors and prepare the final equation of preparedness. Also by analyzing the required statistics, the situation of Iran SGS, AsiaTeck and Pars Tasmim companies that are active in the field of information technology are evaluated as case studies of the present study.
